Q: What if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, please use the "Forgot Password?" link on the Login page.
Q: Whom do I contact and what information do you need me to send when I discover that there is a problem with your Web site?
If you experience a problem navigating our sites, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and describe in as much detail as possible, including the steps you take leading up to it, how often it occurs, and the exact text of any error message that you receive. The information you provide will help us to find a solution more quickly.

Q: If I go on vacation and wish to temporarily suspend my newspaper, will my account be credited?
If you notify us in advance, we will suspend delivery, and hold all copies of the paper delivered when you return. Proceed to "Vacation Holds" to notify us of your vacation and the dates to stop and restart home or business delivery.
Subscribers are allowed full access to the digital content during the first two weeks of a vacation. Choices include: having the papers saved until your return (up to 28 days), tipping your carrier for the value of the papers or donating the value to our local Newspaper in Education program. For vacations that exceed two weeks, we will extend your subscription for the time period after the first two weeks.
Q: I don't know when I'm returning from vacation, how do I suspend my newspaper?
Please contact us at (360) 676-2660 and we will assist you in your request.
Q: What should I do if my newspaper does not arrive or if sections are missing?
Log in and proceed to "Delivery Feedback" if your newspaper has not arrived by 6 a.m. weekdays or 6:30 a.m. weekends and holidays. For Bellingham delivery, if we receive your request before 9 a.m. weekdays and holidays or 10 a.m. weekends we can redeliver another paper to you the same day. Otherwise, we will apply a credit to your account that will extend your renewal date. Only credits for the same day can be obtained on this site. Credits for missing deliveries for previous days must be requested from a customer service representative or by e-mail to us at email@example.com. Be sure to include your name, delivery address, and home phone number in your e-mail, and a description of the issue.
Q: How do I send a message for my carrier regarding requests for delivery locations, or other feedback regarding my service?
You can report delivery errors by logging in and clicking on "Delivery Feedback" If you have other questions, comments, or requests regarding your delivery service, please e-mail those to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, delivery address, and home phone number in your e-mail.
Q: Is it necessary to call to restart my subscription after it has been temporarily suspended?
If you provided a restart date when you suspend delivery you do not need to call again to restart your delivery. However if a restart date was not provided when the account was suspended, you will need to speak to a customer service representative.
Q: Where can I purchase another subscription?
You can purchase these items by visiting the New Subscription link on your main menu or the Not a Subscriber? link on the Login page.
Q: Are there any terms and conditions to my subscription offer?
Automatic Renewal Terms: Offer available only for non-subscribers within the home delivery area. If you respond to this offer but do not qualify for introductory pricing, we reserve the right to reject your order or prorate your subscription term to reflect current subscription pricing. Offer not valid for mail delivery. For your convenience, your subscription will automatically renew after the initial term at the current rate unless you tell us to cancel. Notice of rate change will be mailed or emailed to the subscriber billing/email address prior to the rate change effective date. Any past due balance may be deducted prior to the subscription start. By providing your phone number and email address, you give The Bellingham Herald and its vendors permission to contact you. Payments and credits will extend your expiration date. There is a one-time activation fee of $9.99 for new starts. Digital subscriptions include bellinghamherald.com, iPad apps, smartphone apps, mobile websites and e-Edition. Smartphone apps are not supported on all devices; does not include Kindle, or Nook edition. Digital access requires activation at http://www.bellinghamherald.com/activate. In 2017, all subscriptions will include delivery on 12/19. In 2018, all subscriptions will include delivery on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. You can cancel at any time by contacting our customer service center at 1-360-676-2660. Your subscription is subject to the Terms of Service at http://www.bellinghamherald.com/terms-of-service.
